New Adult Romance *Sexual situations* Mature audiences*
Baya Brighton is looking forward to her first year at Whitney Briggs University, new friends, dorm life, and finally being close to her brother again. Love is the last thing on the list, but when Baya meets her brother’s roommate she begins to have thoughts and feelings that make even her blush.
Bryson Edwards has a secret he prefers buried in the past and long forgotten. He keeps himself busy with the important things, loose girls, fast cars, and long nights working at the string of bars his family owns. When his roommate’s sister shows up on the scene, she’s far too innocent and sweet for him but he can’t shake Baya out of his mind and worse, it looks like she’s seeping into his heart as well.
Baya seems determined to show her brother she’s not a little kid and equally determined to use Bryson’s body to prove her point. It’s been made pretty clear that Baya is off limits to Bryson but their undeniable sparks explode into a whole lot more than just a few 3:AM KISSES.
Baya Brighton is excited to join her brother Cole at Whitney Briggs University. She will be a freshman and she wants that closeness with her brother again.
Bryson Edwards is a big time player, a different girl each night and just another notch on the wall, literally. Bryson has a more emotional side and secrets in the past that he wishes to forget.
Baya is too innocent and sweet for Bryson and the last thing that Baya needs is a guy like Bryson. But Baya can't get him out of her head and soon finds herself wanting all kinds of naughty things with her brothers OFF LIMITS roommate.
Baya is shocked to learn that Cole has the same NOTCHING system when it comes to girls and even worse a double standard when it comes to her. Cole treats Baya like she is 12 years old and she is not going to stand for it anymore. Baya knows what she wants and she wants Bryson. Determination and chemistry make this a hard temptation for Bryson to stay NO to.
This was a great story. I liked Baya and her determination to be her own person. I like that she was horrified by her roommate Jeanie's actions. I love the way that Bryson and Baya meet it was pretty perfect with the innocence of Baya and the sex appeal she uses over Bryson unknowingly. I also loved all the funny and witty things that Baya thought and said. Cute little laughs at the right spots.
Bryson is doomed to fall in love with Baya. He tries hard to resist her and he does his best to make her happy even if he does not think he is worthy of his love.
I like Laney and can see Laney and Roxy getting their own stories in this series and Cole as well.
Good love story of 2 people who should have never tried to fight fate. Loved it and I will continue this series.
